Inquiry → Offer solution → Customer confirmation → Order signing → Production → Delivery
1. Sending inquiry to tim@combayit.com, we will take quick action for receiving inquiries in 24 hours.
2. According as customer’s need, we will offer a solution with detailed quotation sheet including picture, description, price, MOQ and lead time.
3. Customer confirm the item and quantity in need.
4. PI will be issued by Combay according as the agreements of two parties.
5. The production will be proceeded quickly according as the confirmed sample or drawing, after receipt of customer’s deposit.
6. Packing list will be offered 1 week before the lead time, Combay’s professional shipping coordinator team will complete the delivery arrangement with the shipping forwarder. - OEM
We offer OEM service, according as your drawing, our factory manufacture products and put your logo on the products.
- ODM
ODM is acceptable, we have a very professional design team, if you have any idea or requirements, our team will follow you and make a drawing for you.
- Sample Fee
When samples are needed, we will use some proper machines to produce them, for some big products, the sample fee is necessary. However, if you are satisfied with the sample after receiving it, a formal order is signed later, we will deduct a proper amount of money from the total payment.
- Installation Manual
For each standing network rack and each wall mount rack, the installation manual will be provided for you, it can help you to solve the installing problem.
- Warranty Service
Combay’s items have a quality warranty of 12 months, customer has the right to reject and return the products which there is a quality problem at any time in 12 months after shipment. But warranty does not cover the below situations:
1. The item is damaged accidentally by incorrect usage.
2. Damage is caused by circumstance beyond our control, including damage in delivery.
3. The items whose specification or request is not listed clearly in Purchase order or Drawing.
